I have found it really easy to do that with the Frame Tale Plot Pattern. The ‘inner frame’, I approached as a memory, fragmented, and often more associative, with cuts of behind the scenes trivia, and content produced to fill the time between commercials.
In many respects it is often where my mind goes when cutting veggies.
